This very ineresting theme I think. I found absolutly new thing for myself. And I want to explain. (what I understand)

   A metaphor for describing the non-physical terrain created by computer systems. Online systems, for example, create a cyberspace within which people can communicate with one another (via e-mail), do research, or simply window shop. Like physical space, cyberspace contains objects (files, mail messages, graphics, etc.) and different modes of transportation and delivery. Unlike real space, though, exploring cyberspace does not require any physical movement other than pressing keys on a keyboard or moving a mouse.

   Some programs, particularly computer games, are designed to create a special cyberspace, one that resembles physical reality in some ways but defies it in others. In its extreme form, called virtual reality, users are presented with visual, auditory, and even tactile feedback that makes cyberspace feel real.

   Crowdsourcing is something that makes people’s jobs easier. And it also is a source of income for others. It is a very efficient way to manage your time and your work. I looked at the sites that were provided and I likd particularly the istockphoto website. Most magazines always have trouble with pictures. And they cannot extract them from the internet because it would be considered as palgiarism, so the best thing is istockphoto. I love that idea. I think it is something to think about for our local Kazakhstany journalists. Because they do not have a rule in their head that PLAGIARISM IS BAD. I mean if you look at KZ magazines the pictures are all taken from the internet and they do not have a reference from what site the pic is extracted. That is why I hate I HATE magazines.

   I suppose a good example of crowdsourcing in journalism is the relationship between media outlets and newsagencies. It is a very efficient and an effective way of collaboration. News agencies seek for news, media outlets get the news, put more insight in it, put more analysis and the report is ready. Or another thing could be PR agencies. A company, that is not so rich to afford a public relations manager, can go to a PR agency and have things done easily.

   I also liked the innocentive site. Especially in the former soviet union countries scientists are neglected people in societies although they have to valued because of the amount of knowledge and intelect they have. So, it is a very good idea to let them solve problems that other people cannot and get payed for that.   

 

The only problem is hidden in your brain.

   Smokers are not being helped to kick the habit, even though there are strategies that work, such as mass media campaigns which more and more provide people with nekotin. There are 70 percent of people all over the world who want to give up smoking and 40 of people who seriosly quite fot some period of time ut only 5 percent of people succeed. Why it is so hard to thriw away his habbit? Why it is desees like? Partly this problem is because tobaco is very addictive but it is also because people do not get the kinds of help. Addiction to nicotine that is at the root of this enormous health, social, and financial burden.

   However every deed has its own cause and tobacco smoking is not an exception. It is very easy to advertise “we can cure tobacco addiction”. But what person feels while going to such treatment centre. Ashamed. Scared. It is not a fault of particular person it is a fault of society. Society wants a better life. Better life needs money. Money is a question that hearts every time. 

   Smoking affects all body. A number of physical endurance studies have shown that that smokers reach exhaustion before non-smokers do and can’t run as far or as fast as non-smokers. Nicotine can help person, for a particular moment, to stop nervous or feel a little bit relaxing but it will never help to be feet.Smoking. Good or bad. Every you will choose a future for your body yourself. In a modern life everything damage human body. What will you choose?

   Today new information technologies play one of the most important role in our life. It allows anybody to get any information that he or she wants, visit museums and of course  commune with people who can be located on the another world’s end.

New information technologies and  journalism, from my point of view, can’t exist without each other because they help journalists to receive and transmit any kind of information.

Nevertheless, nowadays new technologies permit anyone to spread any information. It can be true or false.  Very often weblogs are used for this purpose. But sometimes people, who publish articles in weblogs, forget that information can be a very powerful weapon that can hurt anybody if you don’t right use it.  Futhermore, publication of false information can be classified as “information terrorism” that can be compared with ordinary terrorism. It can unleash war or sow discord among people. Therefore, I call all weblogers to be more responsible and careful.
